Mens Division

The Men's Division competes in the Brisbane Hockey Association competition that runs from April until September. The Association conducts three separate men's competitions:

Brisbane Hockey League
Classic Hockey League
Veterans Hockey League

The Brisbane Hockey League

Players 14 years of age and above are eligible to play in the competition but those aged 17 and under require written parental permission.
The competition consists of 5 divisions that contest up to 3 rounds of 7 fixtures.
BHL 1-5 fixtures are played on the following artificial surfaces; Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina; on one of two water based artificial surfaces at The State Hockey Centre at Colmslie; on artificial surfaces at Burringbar Park, Chermside and also at the Redcliffe Hockey Club, Redcliffe.
BHL 1 and BHL 2 fixtures are also played at Labrador on the Gold Coast.
Divisions BHL 1 and BHL 2 normally play on Saturday afternoons/evenings.
BHL 3 normally play a mixture of Saturday and Sunday afternoon/evenings.
BHL 4 and BHL 5 normally play on Sunday afternoon /evenings.
Training takes place on the artificial surface on a Thursday evening at Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina.
Fitness training takes place at 6pm at the Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina on Tuesday evenings.

The Classic Hockey League

Players 14 years of age and above are eligible to play in the competition but those aged 17 and under require written parental permission.
The competition consists of 2 divisions which contest up to 3 rounds of 7 fixtures
Fixtures are played on grass on Saturday afternoons at Shaw Park at Kalinga.
Training takes place on the artificial surface on a Thursday evening at the Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina.

Veterans Hockey League

Players become eligible in the year they turn 40
The competition consists of 2 divisions that contest up to 3 rounds of 7 fixtures.
Fixtures are played on Tuesday nights at the following artificial surfaces; Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina; on one of two water based artificial surfaces at The State Hockey Centre at Colmslie; on artificial surfaces at Burringbar Park, Chermside and also at the Redcliffe Hockey Club, Redcliffe.
Players are welcome to train with the other divisions on the artificial surface on a Thursday evening at the Easts Hockey Tiger Turf, Clem Jones Centre, Carina.
