Roles of Committee Members
President: Responsible for overall management of the Club, chairs management meetings and is a signatory to the Club accounts.
Club Secretary: Responsible for inwards and outwards correspondence at Club level and is a signatory to the Club account.
Club Treasurer: Holds overall financial responsibility for the Club. Makes all payments on behalf of all divisions of the Club and prepares monthly and annual financial reports.
Minutes Secretary: Takes minutes at the monthly management meetings
Divisional Chairperson: Responsible for overall management of their division.
Divisional Secretary: Responsible for the nomination of teams and registration of players and all dealings with the respective Association. Is responsible for booking turf training and the provision of shirts and equipment to players.
Divisional Treasurer: Responsible for setting their division's budget and for the setting and collection of players’ fees. Requisitions Club Treasurer for payment of debts incurred by the division and banks monies received from players.
Divisional Delegates: Attends monthly management meetings. Attend various Association meetings and hold various positions within those Associations.
Committee meetings are held at the Clem Jones Centre Sports Club, Carina on the last Thursday of the month from 7.30pm and are open to all Club members.
